Role + Project Overview
This was my first account where I built the scope of work directly with the client and owned the full production pipeline, from drafting the bid and sourcing production companies to negotiating contracts between crew and client. On the account side, I served as the daily point of contact across CK's production, marketing, strategy, design, and accounting teams.
We delivered four hero videos for each of CK's flagship fragrance lines (Eternity, CK One, Euphoria, and CK Defy) along with four digital asset toolkits built for the brand's social team. Each toolkit included design templates, asset overviews and recommendations, 15 social copy suggestions, and a brand asset summary.

By streamlining the production scope, our agency was able to build comprehensive social media toolkits into the deliverables without inflating the budget or timeline, giving CK Fragrances a turnkey content system their social team could activate immediately across all four fragrance lines.
