As Event Producer for the UNOVE salon activation at Maison Seventy Seven in SoHo, I orchestrated a two-day immersive brand experience for Korea's premier hair care brand. This full-venue buyout transformation hosted 20 influencers and VIP guests in early February, showcasing UNOVE's signature "glass hair" through personalized hair treatments and a full process breakdown by celebrity stylist, Jenny Cho.

I managed all production logistics including vendor coordination across hair styling teams, photo/video capture, vinyl installation, floral design, and F&B services. This included developing detailed minute-by-minute schedules optimizing guest flow for all services, creating operational playbooks for all team members (including Jenny!), budget management, material procurement tracking, branded element installations (vinyl wraps, step-and-repeat photo backdrop, product displays), and complete load-in/load-out operations.

Additionally, we worked with a small photo and video team to create a post recap for the client and shared with their owned social channels.
