Worked with Calvin Klein Fragrances for their digital campaigns as well as their Valentine’s Day production. We were scoped to do 4 videos for the 4 different CK Fragrances (Eternity, CK One, Euphoria, CK Defy)
In addition to production coordination, I dealt directly with the account management side for the client! This campaign was the first campaign where I developed the scope of work alongside with the client. I was responsible for communicating daily or as needed with different client teams (production, marketing, strategy, design, legal, accounting). For production, I drafted the production bid, vetted and sourced production companies, negotiated the production contract between crew and client.
I coordinated all relevant timelines and deliverables (4 final videos and 4 digital asset toolkits for CK social team) around the production, post-production, and delivery of all assets. The toolkits included design templates, asset overviews & recs, 15 social copy suggestions, and brand asset overview summary.

Coordinate a multi-venue activation across outdoor and indoor spaces while managing weather contingencies and ensuring seamless brand integration throughout all touchpoints.
The Solution
Developed a modular setup approach that allowed for rapid reconfiguration. Created detailed run-of-show documents and backup plans for each day, ensuring smooth execution despite unpredictable elements.

Post Project Case Study
Worked on a Calvin Klein Fragrance OOH design campaign for their Lunar New Year for all stores in the Northeast region. Managed communications between client and creative team, managed all digital asset between designers and client, and delivered final result to client and all relevant third parties.
